The Research Of Jet-grouting For Illness Dam Diaphragm-wall And Control Its Constructing Quality

A large of reservoirs had been built in our country in 50th~70th last century, because of the condition at that time, some dam foundation had insufficient permeating control steps. By drilling to weak position, the jet-grouting technique breaks through and mixes with soil and stone of dam foundation to form diaphragm-wall. The jet-grouting has little change to dam structure. Its construction is simple and lower cost, It has evident advantage to form dam foundation diaphragm-wall.By the experiment in site and construction of two important water conservancy projects (Longhekou reservoir and Hengpaitou diversion project), we go a step further on the principle of the jet-grouting used on dam diaphragm-wall. Pointing of the special features of dam foundation penetrating level, we study for suitable jet-grouting and construction measure, sum up the steps of control quality of dam diaphragm-wall, to get some experiences for the jet-grouting used in other dam diaphragm-wall.
