Applying the method of system engineering, software engineering and information system integration techniques, the application requirements of electric power enterprise for the Customer-Calling System(CCS) are analyzed binding with power enterprise production and management and the application of customer service business sufficiently in this paper. The architecture, functional module of application software, flow process of program, data structure and some middleware nodule of the power CCS are designed in detail, and the design principle of power CCS software architecture and platform is presented in this paper too. In the comparison between two classic solving schemes of CCS, the project selection principle is expounded in constructing the CCS for different scale electric power enterprise. During the studying on distributed grouping-network, through region coverage model and spanning model of information, the paper draws conclusions as follows. Firstly, produce management and customer service of electric power enterprise of province grade or large-scale district is disperse on region layout. Secondly, there is relevance affection and dependency relationship among produce information, management information and customer service information. Finally, the information systems that distributed on every boundary points are capable of information gathering, storage, processing, outputting etc., but there is complementary relationship, logic relationship and distributed processing. The paper draws s conclusion that electric power enterprise of proving grade or large-scale distributed grouping-network, technical platform and problems occurred and solutions, and assessment of maintenance workload, etc. are also studied.
