Intelligent Agent-based Quality Information System In CIMS Environment

As the increasing severity of the market competition,the method of enhancing product quality is playing more and more important role in manufacture enterprise,so higher demand has been or will be employed in the Quality Manage.To satisfy this situation,hunting a new intelligent,self-determination control manner in quality manage is imperative for fabricator.In order to meet this challenge,this thesis refered a novel kind of Agent-based Quality Information System(QIS).After several years research,,some progress and results are achived below:(1) summarize the significance of quality in manufacture enterprise,analyse thenecessity of carrying into execution Agent-based QIS .(2) Construct the system framework of the Agent-based QIS,design the five Agents that separately accomplish five function,including quality plan setting,quality measuring,quality evaluating & control,quality cost manage and quality integration information manage,buildup the running mechanism and the information exchanging policy for Agent-based QIS in CIMS.(3) present a novel method of Agent-based Online Quality Control(AOQC) in Assembling Production Line(APL), establish a intelligent structure of Computer Aided Quality Control System(CAQCS) based on Multi-Agent, impliment all kinds of agent in this system,and lay out all their function . Additionally, this thesis shows the detail of the structure and action mechanism of the data analyzing agent and decision-making agent, with the outstanding attributes of intelligence, which play the most important roles in the automatization, intelligentizing of quality control in real time.(4) Implement and imitate the key function of AOQC in APL: implement and imitate the analysing and monitoring function;implement intelligent reasoning function by Artificial Neural Network(ANN),explore the concrete construct of the ANN,simulate and validate the intelligent reasoning function of the agent.
