To meet the demand, the cigarette factory has tocontinuously improve the quality control and receipt control of the production. Thiscondition makes the high stability and precision of the electronic belt weighingconveyor more and more important.Based on discuss of tolerance analysis and weighing principle. this paperpresents a new type electronic belt weighing conveyor and its relative tests. Firstly;this paper introduces the situation of domestic cigarette factories. and thedevelopment of the electronic belt weighing conveyor both at home and abroad;secondly, it analyzes the weighing principle and the structure of current electronicbelt weighing conveyof, and points out the advantage and disadvantage of theweighing conveyor. Furthermore, it exp1ains the reason of tolerance and how toovercome and reduce tolerance thxough the ana1ysis of a tree of the tolerance sourceof the electronic belt weighing conveyor. Giving the example of the toleranceanalysis of the electronic belt weighing conveyor with double idlers and levers- itbrings forwfard the measures to improt-e the precision and stabi1ity, and the ideas ofsery'iceability and maintenanceability. As a result, the proposal of the new typeelectronic belt weighing conveyor is put forward. It is demonstrated that this newtype electronic belt weighing conveyor has an obvious advantage over the old onesthxough a lot of tests and analysis of tolerance and structure.
