Volume batching process has been is indispensable important production link like rubber, pharmacy, daily chemical industry, printing ink, cosmetics, building materials, food, agriculture and so on. Automatic weighing system has the advantage of fast speed, high precision. It plays a key role in the production. Automatic weighing system can not only reduce labor costs and significantly improved weighing accuracy, especially in certain contamination or hazardous environments, unmanned automatic weighing system to better play a unique role.This paper studies cement batching of a material parallel automatic weighing system. Weightlessness weighing and weightlessness has been made the introduction to the working principle of emissions. Automatic weighing system mathematical model is established. Using MATLAB /SIUMLINK, I analyze of the simulation model results. It is a great way of getting the accuracy of the structural parameters dynamics to further improve the automatic weighing system measuring accuracy.On the basis of the above design and analysis, I choose the suitable motor frequency converter and sensor to designs the automatic weighing system.
