With the development of society, the automation technique is adopted by the industry production more and more, the weighment not only needs accuracy but also the weiging velocity; the tradition static weighment installation can not be equal to the automation production process speedily and accurately and nonartifical participation demand, the industry production urgently needs the dynamic weighment installation of automation. The electronic belt weighing conveyor is one kind of measure implement that can add up the weighment of fall apart shape matter continuously and voluntarily, taking the very much significant action in the industry production process control. Hence, how to lift stability, measure accurateness, measure velocity of the electronic belt weighing conveyor has become the problem that is in urgent need to be resolved. This paper is being in view of this, the electronic belt weighing conveyor has been researched through the kinetics angle.The main research of this paper is the dynamical characteristic and the finite element imitation of the full suspended whole set electronic belt weighing conveyor. Firstly, this paper summarizes the developing actuality of the electronic belt weighing conveyor at home and abroad, comparatively summarizes the distinguishing feature of the electronic belt weighing conveyor, classification and the technical research present situation. Based on the weighing principle, in this paper, the structure of the electronic belt weighing conveyor has been introduced. With theory of beam, this paper has analyzed the weighing principle and the structure of current electronic belt weighing conveyor, and pointed out the advantage and disadvantage.The inaccuracy of electronic belt weighing conveyor has been analyzed detail And single carrying roller electronic belt weighing conveyor all kinds of case has been analyzed detail in this paper use theory of beam. the reason of deferent inaccuracy and means of overcomes and the decreases inaccuracy has been illustrated in this paper.Secondly, the dynamic characteristic of electronic belt weighing conveyor has been analyzed adopting three component viscous and elasticity model. With the kinetics theory of running organization, the kinematic equation of systematical turning organization of the electronic belt weighing conveyor is established.With FEM,the longitudinal dynamic characteristic of electronic belt weighing conveyor has been analyzed; With the flat boardtheory, the horizontal dynamic characteristic of electronic belt weighing conveyor has been analyzed, these research supply a new method of dynamical inaccuracy through the kinetics angle.In the ANSYS/LS-DYNA's module, the modal of full suspended whole set electronic belt weighing conveyor has been established with the cell ( SHELL163 ),the body cell( SOLID 164 ) and the rigid body material.The system kinetics response of electronic belt weighing conveyor has been simulated under the free vibration of belt and the impingement of materiel.The factor of belt pulling force, belt velocity,material's magnitude, material's altitudes of whereabouts structure of electronic belt weighing conveyor that effect the system kinetics response of electronic belt weighing conveyor have been discussed, the means of overcomes and the decreases inaccuracy have been given ultimately.Finally, the conclusion of full text are drawn on the basis of analysis and research about the electronic belt weighing conveyor and the recommendation and perspectives are put forward.
