The Research On The Recreation Space Of Jinghang Canal (in The Hangzhou City)

The Jinghang canal is the longest and oldest artificial river in the world. With the development of the other transportation,shiping,as the main function of this area,has gradually declined. The region of canal littoral has immediately ruined .The canal region proceeds renewal at once. In order to make the waterfront spaces of the Jinghang canal full of life and to be ideal public recreational spaces,the design of the recreational spaces on the waterfront of the canal is discussed completely from the aspect of users.Reacreation is a complex concept,it involves a lot of aspects. So in this article we first set up three environment factors of the present condition such as natural society building. Then join together the abroad examples to do the research on the renewal of the open space the recreation building the public district the way and so on. Finally,I combine the recreation gravitation mathematics model with all the factors of the recreation space to a recreation space model form,and with a example along the river to tell how to use the model in the practice.
