Research On The Design Of Community Outdoor Recreation Space Based On Behavioral Needs

As China’s society and economy developed in1980s, people’s living standards improved. Community outdoor recreation space gradually get attention, and the focus had gradually changed. From the Planting attention in1980s to early1990s to the landscape image focused in the late1990s,until now in the21st century,"people-oriented" considering the psychological and behavioral needs of outdoor recreation space for community become the core. Currently, green plants and landscape image already has have a extensive and in-depth research, and achieved certain results. But in considering the psychological and behavioral needs, the research is not deep. And the research of Behavior and space is also insufficient. This paper starts from the point to make a study.This paper describes the community outdoor recreation space construction and development in our current situation. And sort out the relationship of recreation behavior, recreation needs, behavior and environmental effects. Then combine these theories initially explored recreation behavior and recreation space mutual relations, and thus proposed recreation space relevant to the needs and behavior of the design space design elements.Then two cases were taken. Selected Nanjing Kangfu Community Center Plaza East Nanhu Square,and the Aoti Community Leshan Road population Cultural Park which were representative for research as the cases. From outdoor recreation community behavioral needs point of view, through observation, questionnaires and interviews, etc., recorded cases during the working day and rest days recreationists passengers, behavioral characteristics as well as space usage, and further study recreation behavior and spatial relationships and influence, summarized an outdoor recreation space and human behavior correlation.After binding of the case depth analysis, from the recreation space in all spatial elements, including floor space, traffic, construction interface, environment and facilities and comedy, environmental greening and other aspects elaborate recreation behavior and recreation space linkages; through case the proof, summed up the community outdoor recreation space design principles and methods, in order to optimize the perfect community outdoor recreation space design, outdoor recreation for residents to provide appropriate living space.Finally, the paper summarizes the full text and proposed articles deficiencies and outlook.
