The tester of mechanical drive is an experimental platform used to comprehensively test the capabilities of transmissions. It can provide true and general design gist for the development of mechanical transmissions and parts and verify the function and performance of the final products, it is a multifunctional device. Therefore, tester is widely used in mechanics, mine, auto and other industries.Aimed at the defects existing in the current tester, the reconstructive scheme of analog loading is proposed in this paper. Computer control technology is used to realize the requirement of analog loading functions.Firstly, the principle of the electrical control system of the electrical power closed mechanical drive tester is analyses. On the basis of these analyses, the feasibility of analog loading scheme is demonstrated in theory and the technical route is given according to the requirement of loading function of the test unit.Combining the scheme mentioned above and the 30Kw multifunctional mechanical drive tester in our laboratory, the related circuits, such as interface card, filter circuit and so on are designed. A friendly interface and multifunctional application program is developed also with Visual C++6.0 under Windows2000.With the help of this system, the loading experiment is carried out and the results are analyzed finally. The results indicate that the scheme is feasible and the technical route is also reasonable and suitable. The analog loading to the test unit can be realized exactly and stably, also the data acquiring & processing can be completed automatically. The realization of analog loading has amended the shortcomings of the original tester and greatly improved the technical level of the tester.
