Tribological Testing And Autocontrol Technology Based On Computer

The phenomena of Friction and Wear is very complex, there are many affecting factors, so the study of Tribological mainly depends on testing technology, which is very important and basic part in the study of Tribological. Tribological testing deals with the range from Field test to laboratory simulative test. The tribological tester is the primary tool in Tribological testing. Because of the systemic character of tribological problem, the affecting of data processing, auto control and machine intelligence to reliability, accuracy and applicability of tester become increasingly stand out. It is meaningful to make use of abundant soft-hard PC recourse, and build a testing system with proper parameter measurement and computer data collection, control based on PC. The signal process of resistance strain sensor, control of electromotor frequency inverter and computer measuring technology which widely involved in laboratory was studied in this paper. The main innovations and production of the paper are described as below:(1) It has been deeply studied that the theory of resistance strain sensor and related signal process technology, which include problems of magnification, filter, transformation, anti-jamming, and etc; and develop the sensor signal transition which can reflect the variation of tribological parameters, and which is fit for computer collection. It has the specialty of high precision, stable performance, strong ability of expansibility.
