| Torque is a important working parameter in whirling power engine, so torque measurement has been a important part of mechanical measurement. Torque measurement is applyed widely, and penetrates every field, such as industry, farming, traffic, aviation, national defence, resource and chemistry. If the average or instantaneous torque, rotate-speed and power can be got exactly, expediently and reliably, it will be useful for improving the performance of the engine. At the same time, in the measured machine, torque measuring instrument can be watch-instrument in the routine circulation, fault- diagnosis and checking instrument in the autocontrol system.The development of the torque measure technique lies on the research of the sensor, signal transmission and measure instrument. The development of the sensor is from intervention to non- intervention. The development of the signal transmission is from contact to non-contact. At present, because of the application of computer, the performance of torque measuring instrument has been improved greatly. In the paper, the magnetic flexibility torque survey tool is composed of the magnetic flexibility torque sensor and following measure circuit, and based on magnetic flexibility principle of the iron-magnetism material. Because of the measuring element no touching and no turning with the rotating axes. Without of electric ring , the signal is led expediently, firmly and enduringly, and not sensitive to the temperature and interference. It can be proved in the experiment that the relate of the torque and output voltage will be linear.In this paper, every composing element of magnetic-flexibility torque measuring instrument is introduced in detail. It is important to study how to fulfill the measurement of the torque accurately and reliably. The facture and demarcate of magnetic-flexibility torque measuring instrument is fulfilled. Because of adopting the micro-computer, torque value can be processed and controlled conveniently.
