The high performance AC induction motor driver is widely used in the industry area such as AC servo, rolling mechine and so on. FOC(Field-Oriented Control) is one of valid technology in implementing the high peformace AC induction motor driver. After this paper analyzed field-oriented control theory, compared the methods among direct rotor-flux-oriented vector control, indirect rotor-flux-oriented vector control, stator-flux-based Vector control and air-gap-flux-based Vector Control, and compared speed sensored FOC with speed sensorless FOC, the speed sensored direct rotor-flux-oriented vector control strategy was adopted. Then this strategy was simulited using MATLAB software. In the end speed sensored direct rotor-flux-oriented vector control system was implemented using TMS320F240 DSP, and the prototype was tested. The results of simulition and experiment demonstrate the feasibility and validity of this strategy. In addition to , a software on pc ,which monitors coverters connected the local net using USS protocol, was developed , it runs in stability , transfers data is correct, so the software can meet the need of practical applyment.
