After combined with the Longyangxia reservoir operation and the Liujiaxia reservoir, some comprehensive tasks, such as irrigations in the downstream, industrial water supply in the cities, flood control and ice resistance can be considered. It can not only become a major electrical sources adjusting peak in the northwest, but also play an important role in the electrical nets' safe and stabilizations. However, the devices of producing electricity still can't work in the most optimal way and the waterpower can't be used adequately from the point of working condition in Longyangxia PowerStation. Therefore, this piece present two major solutions to increase producing electricity efficiency in the waterpower station of Longyangxia PowerStation. The two solutions are expanding machines for increasing capacity and saving water for increasing generation. We impose our attentions on checking calculation model and result analysis of two solutions. Expanding machines for increasing capacity takes advantages of simplified methods and consider terraced combined work, i.e we combined single optimal adjustment model which produces Max electricity in one year to calculate this long series on the base of terraced combined working adjustment graph of the electrical power station in Longyangxia PowerStation. We set practical reservoir water-table of beginning of year for starting water-table in the calculation of saving water for increasing emanation to receive one year's calculation electricity of electrical factory on the base of the calculation practical discharge which runs into the reservoir and the reservoir adjustment graph for directing to produce electrical power, then calculate one year's checking electricity Ek.The difference between the practical producing electricity of the factory is the electricity of saving water for increasing emanation. Through the checking calculation of increasing capacity and saving water in the waterpower station of Longyangxia PowerStation, we found the efficiency of producing water improved markedly and many important guidelines such as consuming water rate and the average producing electricity in many years developed greater than practical working value and designing value. So it is very essential and practicable to expand machines for increasing capacity and to save water for increasing emanation in the waterpower station of Longyangxia PowerStation from the view of the development of waterpower using efficiency.
