Saving energy and decreasing consumption are a main problem for each power generating enterprise, with the carrying out the policy " power generating enterprise and electricity supply enterprise are independent " and " selling electric power by its competitive price", the cost of power generating enterprise has become the key to survive and make profit , saving energy and decreasing consumption have become more and more important . Although during a long time the power generating enterprises and research institutes have realized this goal by trying the various methods , under current equipments and technology condition , how to decrease the even coal consumption of the whole power plant by using coal consumption of power supplying and load relation curve for each generating unit , is seldom studied before , and is not used in reality . This topic is to master the flow , convert and consumption of energy of the whole power plant with energy balance test of the whole power plant , at the same time to acquire the various data of coal consumption , and then on this basis to develop and apply to " calculation and management system of coal consumption of electricitysupply for mult-unit thermal power plant " to calculate and optimize load distribution pattern of each generating unit with the lowest coal consumption of power supplying , therefore to reach the goal of decreasing the even coal consumption of the whole power plant , meanwhile the application of the system make the enterprises to understand the energy consumption situation of the whole power plant and to provide the power plant with the basic data for saving energy as well as decreasing consumption , to be sure that the task of saving energy and decreasing consumption is successful . Main research contents of this topic are as follows :1.The energy balance test of the whole thermal power plant ( measuring and calculating the basic data ) . Measuring the thermal efficiency of boiler , thermal consumption rate of turbine and house-service rate for each unit of the whole power plant with different period and load status , calculating the coal consumption of electricity supply under difficult measuring condition of the units . 2.Contrast test and remedy calculation . Studying how to use contrast test and theoretic calculation and analysis to gain the remedy calculation method from the measuring condition to the actual operational condition . 3.Data analysis . To analyse test date determines distribution and flow of energy , and energy loss during the period of energy delivery and energy convert of the whole power plant at the difficult points , finds outthe potential of energy saving , offers to the suggestions of improving the energy utility rate , provides evidence for determining the direction of energy saving of the power plant and carrying out technology modification of energy saving . 4.Value analysis and decision of functional relation equation between load of the unit and coal consumption of electricity supply . Study how to use scientific value analysis method to set up the functional relation equation of load for each unit and coal consumption of electricity supply , in this way can calculate and acquire the coal consumption of power supplying with any load of each unit . 5.Calculation of coal consumption of electricity supply for mult-unit thermal power plant and development of management system . Main contents are to research and contrast the optional method , to optimize the smallest load distribution pattern for the even coal consumption of power supplying of the whole power plant during the shorter period of time , and to offer to operational administrative persons , who will conduct the load distribution by the best load distribution pattern so as to be sure that the even coal consumption of power supplying for the whole power plant is the lowest , meanwhile according to the coal consumption data provided by this system , the operational administrative persons will directly master coal consumption condit...
