As well known, energy is the first chief problem in our country, it directly influences on our economic development. As a result, saving energy is very important in the process of economic development .This paper explores performance monitoring and operating optimization of water pump for large unit for saving energy in power plant.First of all , we set up the better feedwater pump performance monitoring mathematics model in the shi heng plant of shandong province , and developing this model calculating software. We also draw the feedwater pump performance curve by these design parameters, doing the practical tracking record by real time measuring data. Therefore, we have the satisfying operating condition by the feedwater pump.And then , this parallel connection operating optimization reconstruction project is put forward in variable speed pump of circulating water system , finally we found the optimization mathematic model and workout its optimization operation program.
