| High-speed railway has become an indispensable passenger transportation mode in China.As an important part of the high-speed rail system,the EMU’s transportation organization and management issues have greatly affected the benefits of the high-speed rail transportation system.As the basis for formulating the EMU allocation plan and the maintenance plan,the EMU circulation plan is the core content of the transportation organization for EMU operation depot.Its quality is also directly related to the rationality of the EMU resource allocation and the efficiency of utilization.Therefore,the optimization of the circulation plan is the focus of the EMU transportation organization and management.It is necessary to study the optimizing method of EMU circulation plan at the global level,and on the other hand,it is also important to ensure the safety of EMU operation,reduce maintenance costs and purchase costs.Based on the above background,this paper carries out related research on the optimization of the EMU circulation plan.The main contents are as follows:First of all,on the basis of relevant research at home and abroad,the basic concepts and theories of optimizing the EMU’s circulation plan optimization are elaborated and analyzed.Then,the relevant theories of the high-speed rail basic transportation plan are systematically sorted out,and the core position of the circulation plan in the entire transportation plan and its association and constraints with other related sub-plans are clarified,and then the theory and the influencing factors of the preparation process of these sub-plans are analyzed to summarize the direct factors of optimization of circulation plan,including EMU type,EMU application method,EMU assignment method,maintenance constraints,etc,a basis for modeling and analysis is provided.Then,the time-space-state three-dimensional spatio-temporal state connection network is constructed,and the problem of the preparation and optimization of the circulation plan is transformed into the problem of inserting other EMU states between train running states in the spatio-temporal state network to form several state sets.According to the actual production work of the EMU operation depot,the optimization factors of the circulation plan are quantified into the assumptions and variables of the model,and the goal is to establish the minimum number of circulations,the total number of trains and the maximum use of the maintenance mileage cycle The optimization model of the EMU circulation plan under the background of multi-vehicle,single-base and single-point maintenance with constraints of connection and first-level maintenance.Finally,according to the model,a solution algorithm of two-step optimization of the circulation plan is designed.Firstly,a feasible solution algorithm for limiting the upper and lower number of circulations is designed.Based on the multi-travel problem solving idea,a high-quality feasible solution is quickly obtained.Secondly,the genetic algorithm is introduced to further optimize the feasible solution to obtain the optimal feasible solution.Taking part of the actual train data of Taiyuan South EMU operation depot as the research object,the optimization results have obvious advantages over the existing schemes in terms of reducing the number of circulations,ensuring the safety of the EMU operation,and improving the utilization rate of the maintenance cycle.The model and algorithm in this paper are verified The feasibility and rationality of the method provide a reference method for the preparation and optimization of the circulation plan of the train used by the train. |
