The paper focus on the state simulation in cargo tank of tanker. Chapter one expatiates the significance and the development in this aspect at present. Chapter two calculates the temperature distribution of crude oil in tank based on the finite cell method in resolving space problem and the finite difference method on time issue. By techniques of grid plot, grid corresponding and Energy Conservation Law, finished the simulation and the evaluation on effect of tank cleaning. Relating to oily water separation, Chapter four builds mathematic model takes into account the tractive character of oil droplet and collision polymerization process during the separation, and compares to traditional separating mathematic model.The paper partly studies about the state in cargo tank in theory, and simulates the result of calculate on computer. The acceptable calculation results are helpful to guide practical cargo oil handling simulation handling. |
