At the same time some new subjects are come forth to the reassembly industry: R&D ability of new products must be improved, including optimum design, reduction of the whole vehicle equipment quality and the improvement of the conveying efficiency.The software of Pro/E, Hyper mesh and Abaqus are quite advanced software in 3-D drawing, cell division and Mechanical system mechanics analysis, and the use scope of these soft wares are broadest at present for mechanics industry. These codes can carries stress analysis to very many complex models, and can provide high accuracy computed result to customer from design of product, verification of alternatives, detailed design to modification of the schemes, optimization and fault diagnosis. So the aims can be achieved that reduce the development cycle and cost, improve the product quality and the competitive power. The technology of movement and stress analysis at all kinds of work conditions is extensive used in developed country.It is not many in this aspect research in our country. Combined with many years working practice, this article calculated and analyzed the stress of wave-proof plate of transport tank using large-scale general finite element analysis software. In this paper finite element model was established, transient work condition of wave-proof plate of transportation tank in full load was analyzed in brake condition, the maximum stress map and amplitude diagram in maximal deforming point were plotted. According to the change of the transport medium, the results in variant thickness of wave-proof plate were compared and analyzed. The analysis result may provide the reference for structural dynamics design of transport tank's shell, and the result can provide numerical evidence for reliability of transport tank.Main conclusions: The wave-proof plate is safe when the permissible stress of the selected material is greater than the maximum calculated stress's 3.5 times of it. |
