High-speed railway is usually railway on which vehicle run at over 200km.p.h. Being for these merits, such as safety, speediness, on time, large traffic ability, low environment pollution, saving energy sources and ground resources, governments of lots of nations and society all circles pay more attention to high-speed.Today, high-speed's new technique develops rapidly, and swift development of maglev railway break new foreground for railway traffic. It possesses predominance on these aspects such as journey time, economy, environmental compatibility, security, comfort. Running speed of maglev railway is designed at 400~500km.p.h. Therefore, compared with other traffic systems, maglev railway may markedly shorten journey time. Maglev railway is not only speedy, but also quite safety. Owing to one another restriction between vehicle and track, vehicle is unable to deviate. Due to maglev railway adopts traveling crane technique of non-contact, passengers don't become aware of portrait impulse and shake.Among railway line's plane design parameter, the minimum radius of curve, transition curve's type and length , straight line between two curves , centre-to-centre distance of track are key factors which confine railway to bringing up speed, moreover these factors among maglev railway request even more strict. At present, in existing railway line's design criterion in china, the stipulate for plane and vertical section's design parameters is on the premise of design speed at 140km.p.h, however nowadays high-speed railway is on the premise of design speed at over 200km.p.h. Existing high-speed's temporary criterion in china aim at high-speed wheel-rail railway simply, but plane and vertical section's design criteria for maglev railway which run at over 350km.p.h still have no criterion to comply with.Through using for reference main research methods of high-speed wheel-rail railway line's main technique criteria, this paper studies main technique criteria of maglev railway line, brings forward some advised datum of magelv railway line, and puts up dynamical analysis with computer . The following research workhas been carried out in this paper:1 . This paper summarizes main research means for plane and vertical section's design criteria of high-speed wheel/rail railway line, and carries through simple appraisal for all kinds of research means in the end.2. Through using for reference main research methods of high-speed wheel-rail railway line's main technique criteria, this paper studies main technique criteria of maglev railway line, and brings forward some advised datum of magelv railway line.3. According to these advised datum of magelv railway line, this paper carries out dynamical analysis with computer , analyses results, and puts forward some reference suggestion.
