Dynamic weighing for predetermined filling material is a hopeful technology. It is not very perfectful though it has a long history in our country. Dynamic weighing is more difficult than static weighing. The input value of static weighing system is instant and the interference is small. NSR is high, then interference signal is ease to dispose.While dynamic weighing systems have different signal modes , yawp interference magnitude size and mode when it is in different facilities and different testing objects. In this thesis has optimum attempt in this point and find a solution which has perfect practicality.In the summarize of the thesis discussed status quo and future development of dynamic weighing system , and the neceesity and the emergency of dynamic weighing system also have illuminated. This article introduces a method of dynamic weighing and predetermined controlling. And in order to minish error in dynamic weighing, This article has adopted multilevel controlling with a suit of controlling arithmetic, And it has adopted a dynamic weighing method, So the speed and precision of weighing have improved, And to some extent it has offset the deficiency just in unilateral dynamic weighing or unilateral predetermined controlling.Dynamic weighing system is as a second-order system and set it up model ,then has its transform function laplace transform and Z transform ,at last has a formula that M is only relation to the system parameters.This article has system identified with the Recursive Least Square (RLS) method, and has the system parameters,while the Auto-Regressive-moving-Average(ARMA) model for the second order weighing system is firstly derived.and has a equation which the mass is only correlation to the system parameters. In the article has simulation weighing system with TDN-AC/ACS system and calculate its theory value and compare to the value of identified, then has the mass magnitude size.on the other hand in the article utilize a controlling method. And it controlls the hardware,then it can improve the dynamic weighing system performance and minish the error of the dynamic system.
