With the development of the times,detecting weight rapidly and dynamic weight detection has been popular in production and life.Products can be detected during the process of the conveyor without stop by using dynamic weighing technology,which is greatly saves time.And work efficiency is also improved.At the same time,factories require that data integration in the production process and unified management of the process,which need to transfer the field data back to the monitoring room.To aim to the requirement,this paper designs a dynamic sorting system.The main contents of the paper are as follows:Describing the overall design of the system,which is divided into system monitoring part,weighing control part and actuator.System monitoring is divided into touch screen,system monitoring platform and remote terminal.The touch screen takes charge of local user interaction.The system monitoring platform takes charge of data viewing in the monitoring room.The remote terminal can log on to the website anytime and anywhere to check the real-time status of the sorting system.The weighing control is an embedded system mainly based on STM32,which introduces the hardware design of the weighing controller in detail,including the selection of MCU,the selection of communication module,and the selection of AD sampling module.Different types of load cells are introduced in the paper.Besides,the advantages and disadvantages of different types of sensors are compared.The actuator is composed of a motor,a conveyor belt,a weighing platform,a jet nozzle or a mechanical arm.The software of each part has been designed,in which the system monitoring part is programmed on the configuration software,and the development efficiency is very high.The weighing controller gives the flow chart of each subroutine and relevant details.In the results analysis of the experiment,the application of low-pass filtering,mean filtering,and median filtering in weighing digital signals was contrastive studied.According to the processing results of the same original weighing data based on the three filtering algorithms,the reasons for different results and the advantages and disadvantages of the corresponding algorithms were analyzed.Based on the reasons and the advantages of the three algorithms,a combined algorithm which is formed of the three algorithms were used to filter the original weighing data in this paper.The processing results and actual operation results show that the combined algorithm can effectively suppress the vibration effect caused by the belt transmission.As a result,the target weight of the item can be accurately weighed.The actual operation of the design system verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the paper`s design.
