In recent years,with the rapid development of the domestic and foreign transportation industry,the phenomenon of overloading of truck is also increased dramatically.Truck overloading not only endangers construction of infrastructure and disrupts the development of market economy,but also endangers the lives of the people.However,the traditional truck weighing method has many problems,such as fixed weighing location,small detection range and low traffic coverage,so it can't be widely used.In this paper,a vehicle dynamic weighing system is proposed,which can monitor the load capacity of trucks in real time and effectively,and can improve the overload phenomenon of trucks to a certain extent.This research and design divided into three parts: the calculation method of vehicle dynamic weighing,the finite element analysis of leaf spring and the design of weighing sensor.Firstly,the weighing method of vehicle load is designed.The weight sensor pasted on the suspension leaf spring is used to measure the spring load mass of the vehicle leaf spring,combined with the slope value measured by the inclination sensor,and the total load of the vehicle is calculated by the method of "weighted summation",The experimental data show that the method can effectively measure the load of truck.Secondly,considering the nonlinear factors such as the large deformation,interleaf friction and the contact,the nonlinear finite element model of leaf spring of a certain vehicle is established,the effects of different friction coefficients on stiffness and hysteresis characteristics of leaf spring under static and dynamic loads is analyzed,and the accuracy of vehicle load measurement is analyzed from the aspects of stiffness characteristics,hysteresis characteristics and other factors.Finally,a kind of resistive strain weighing sensor is designed,which is convenient installation and wide application.The sensor adopts elastomer structure to transfer strain,it uses resistance strain gauge to from constant piezoelectric bridge circuit to detect strain,then select the appropriate elastic element and the sensitive component,and determine the size of the sensor according to the relevant index.At the same time,the main parameters of the angle sensor are given.
