In the food and chemical processing and other packaging production line,the dynamic weighing speed and accuracy have a great impact on the entire packaging production line.This thesis proposesa series of methods to improve the weighing accuracy and weighing speed by studying the dynamic weighing system.The main work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:According to 50 kg soybean meal weighing process requirements,break the requirements of the weighing system.By analyzing the weighing process,the system is divided into storage,feeding,weighing,unloading four functional modules.Analyzingthe mechanical principle and control principle of the weighing system.On this basis,the time planning and mathematical modeling are carried out.The feed process is divided into secondary feed.Achieving the maximum weighing speed under the premise of ensuring weighing accuracy,the best switching point of the feed is determined.In order to making the weighing precision further improved,the iterative learning algorithm is used to correct the closing amount.The simulation results show that the iterative learning algorithm can achieve the ideal control effect.According to the system control requirements,the hardware scheme of weighing instrument plus PLC is selected,the relevant hardware is designed and selected,the control automation of the system is realized,then designthe electrical schematic diagram and the electrical cabinet layout.The software design of the weighing system is mainly discussed.The PLC control program is compiled on the IEC6113-3 platform.The main program of the system,the communication program and other subroutines are designed so that the whole weighing system can automatically complete the feeding,weighing,unloading process and achieve automatic weighing compensation.Finally,the whole weighing system is simulated and analyzed,and the dynamic quality of the whole system is improved by dynamic correction.
