The transport must be first developed , so can the economic progress. Chongqing's southeast district, which lies in the hinterland of Wuling Mountain area, is contiguous to Hubei province, Hu'nan province and Guizhou province.lt is the most convenient over-land passage that Chongqing lead to Southeast coastland. Chongqing serve as the economic center of the changjiang river's upriver and transport junction,the area which is transport inconvenience is in east of chongqing.The big alleyway which chongqing to east is being celerity form along with the building and item radicating of YuHuan railway, WanYi railway, HuRong highway, YuChang highway . it is have important strategic significance in Chongqing's omnidirectional empolder to east(The changjiang River delta and The ZhuJiang River delta) and promote economic development.The building of WanZhou sub-transport junction and QianJiang sub-transport junction in east of Chongqing not only have important significance in improving traffic condition of Chongqing's northeast district and Chongqing's southeast district and promoting region economic development,but also have important effect to allure human flow and matter flow,boost up connect function of west to east ditectional of Chongqing main-transport junction. Now it is transport obturated , economic failed behind, transport manner singleness and programming lagged in Chongqing's southeast district. These badly restict the area's economic development. Qianjiang serve as the economic center of Chongqing's southeast district,the sub-transport junction of Chongqing's southeast district under Chongqing main-transport junction.lt is cry for carry through building and programming of framework big alleyway,let Qianjiang main city be provided with optimal location and the most convenient traffic condition,building Qianjiang as the "Jacket collar sheep" of Chongqing's, southeast district economy,it is accord with the integer benefit of Chongqing's southeast district ,tactic orientation of Chongqing's southeast district economic development and request to Qiangjiang development which town clerk, townhall institute.There are five parts in this paper:The first part analyse the relationship between the transport junction and economic development, they are mutual restrict and promote. On one side, the transport junction have important promote effection to economic development, on the other side, the development of economy can in reverse promote the development of transport junction. So they two can become fine circle.The second part is a brief account of the layout of transport junction ideology, This is the guiding ideology of this thesis. Mostly discusses the meaning and effection of the transport junction, the shaping and the basis request of transport junction.The third part introduce the matter that Chongqing's transport faced and the development strategy after it become municipality directly under the central government, mostly discuss the opportunity and matter which Chongqing's transport faced after it become municipality directly under the central government. Analyse the aim and strategy of Chongqing's transport for the future.The fourth part discuss the building problem of Chongqing's Southeast district transport junction. Emphases analyses the position choice and fuction orientation of Chongqing's southeast district transport junction.The fifth part is the studying of framework highway network in Chongqing's southeast district. It is the embody measure of transport junction. Mostly discuss the layout principle of the framework highway network, the programming of the framework highway network and the countermeasure of framework highway network building.
