The Mode And Design Of The System For Ageing House

Population ageing is one of humanity's greatest triumphs. It is also one of our greatest challenges. As we enter the 21st century, global ageing will put increased economic and social demands on all countries. The active ageing approach ,which is offered by the Second U.N World Assembly on Ageing, provides a framework for the development of global strategies on population ageing. The changes of physiological and psychological will be taken, as the man is old. As weak group, the present living situation of old urban inhabitants is to be concerned by all the government ,society, builders and investors.According to our national conditions, Ageing Problem Committee of China offers the system for the ageing house . The text regard this system as center. From the element of the system for aging house, the mode of the system is analysed. The thesis discuss the aging problem and the characteristics of the old people, according the crossing of the cours. The thesis analysed the net of communication for supporting old people.From the social equity and "based on old people" , the article analysed the design theory of the system for ageing house .Discussing the design philosophy from the universal design , the design which is potential, security, pertinency , come and dispel the age discrimination with the angle of architecture ,and build together the society which is shares by everybody however old you are .
