With the rapid growth of economy and continuous improvement of industrial level, t he a ir c onditioning s ystem i s v ery p opular u sed i n i ndustrial b uildings . T he energy consumption of air conditioning increases greatly , which pushes the study of energy efficiency in industrial buildings to the most important position .Taking an electrical workshop of an plant in Bao Gang as the studying object, and using the energy analytical software DeSTl.O exploited by Qinghua Tongfang,this paper makes a simulated calculation of a year round dynamic load . Compare to the designed load by the traditional calculated method , the dynamic load simulated result is more approaching the actual load . It lays the groundwork for judging and selecting the energy efficiency of air conditioning scheme .This paper emphasizes on the energy efficiency of air conditioning's cold source system . Through testing the refrigeration plant, it points out some inefficient problems between the chilled water system and pump operation . By studying energy efficiency of the chilled water system , analyzing its operating characteristics , and describing the formula and method of it, this paper compares the actual energy consumption and the best scheme energy consumption , and then comes to the conclusion that the gross energy consumption o f t he b est o perating s cheme i s m inimum. By s tudying energy efficiency of pump , through analyzing the characteristic, feasibility, and problems that should be pay attentions to the variable flow water system , this paper concludes that it is possible to use primary pump to change its frequency and then change its flow . At the same time , it calculates the best variable speed ratio of different flows and the relevant consumed power during two parallel pumps regulate their flows according to the load changing , and then attains the energy efficiency potentiality of this water system . This paper also proposes suggestion to improve the VAV according to the questions that exists in the air system , and simulates the VAV of the air conditioning's air system , so it attains the air supply flow of each room . This paper also makes dynamic simulation under the different parameters and then summarizes the optimum conditions that realize energy efficiency .
