With the rapid development of the infrastructural engineering in our country, more and better-quality construction machines are needed. As one of the important machines widely used in the domain of underground engineering, earthwork and municipal engineering, wet spraying machinery is being made greater use of in the process of modem construction. But all kinds of wet spraying machinery being used in our country are mostly introduced from abroad. Wet spraying machinery with concrete pump, which is developed independently by our country, is in the phase of beginning. So research into some technical parameters about characteristic and designing is not perfect.In order to provides theoretical basis for reasonable designing, practical running, improvement and series designing, author investigates some theoretical issues on the wet spraying machinery with concrete pump and puts forward the corresponding melhods accordingly. The purpose is to enhance the reliability and compete capability of the wet spraying machinery in domestic market From above, the project is of great significance in theory and practical value in engineering.Focusing on above ideas, the author finishes following work:Firstly, the flowing state of the concrete is deeply analyzed by means of the theory of rheology, and a concrete resistant equation is set up in the pipe and the pressure on concrete is figured out;Secondly, the dynamic model of the hydraulic system of wet spraying machinery with concrete pump is established by means of power bond graph. With the software package SMULINK provided by MATLAB, the model of power bond graph is converted into other dynamic model used in computer and it is simulated dynamically. The dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system are analyzed based on simulative results, and some beneficial conclusions are presented;Thirdly, reliability of the hydraulic system of the machinery is analyzed and calculated, and reliable value is figured out in different conditions, some suggestions that are helpful to enhancereliability of the hydraulic system are put forward;Fourthly, on the basis of AutoCAD2000, hopper is designed parametrically. And a suit of software is programmed by means of ObjectARX;Fifthly, the best angle of vent-pipe and duct of concrete is discussed in theory.
