The hydraulic system is the key technology of concrete pump. A variety of methods have been developed for modeling and simulation of the hydraulic system of concrete pump. Most researches are restricted to the process of pumping concrete, and the course of swinging "S" valve is ignored. The thesis has chiefly carried on research of the hydraulic system of concrete pump as following aspects .(1) The flowing state of pumping concrete is analyzed using the rheology theory, and the dynamic model of flowing concrete in pipeline is established.(2) The kinematic and dynamic state of swinging "S" valve is studied by the kinematics and dynamics theory, and the dynamic model of swinging "S" valve is established.(3) The dynamic model of hydraulic system of concrete pump is established based on the of Power Bond Graph theory and the numerical simulation is performed.(4) The simulation results are supported by the experiment The dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system are analyzed in detail .The results are useful for design of hydraulic system of concrete pump and dynamic analysis of hydraulic systems of other concrete machine.
