With the research object of the hydraulic system of a special Concrete Pump Truck arm, the thesis has chiefly carried on the research of following several aspects:(1) The Power Bond Graph models of hydraulic components of the system are constituted. And the corresponding mathematic simulation models are established.(2) The structure feature of the hydraulic system of the Concrete Pump Truck's arms is analyzed, and the power bond graph models of the first arm's hydraulic system under two conditions (drawing back and spreading out) are established.(3) The dynamic models are simulated with the MATLAB software. Some measures and algorithms are adopted to solve the stiff problem in the simulation. From simulation result, the corresponding factors that can improve the dynamic characteristic of the concrete pump truck's arm system are obtained.(4) A practical method of modeling the long pipe by discretizating has been constituted. The influence to the hydraulic system has been analyzed.(5) The simulation result shows: the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system of the Concrete Pump Truck's arms can be improved by optimizing the parameters of the damping ratio, flow coefficient , flow-pressure coefficient and magnifying coefficient. The results also provide the necessary theoretical basis to the design of the concrete pump truck's safe valve.
