Based on the observation and investigation of a restaurant building in Taiyuan, the inner thermal environment is analyzed by way of MATLAB computer simulation and experiments, reflecting its function and its demands in thermal comfort respectively. The mathematical model of energy balance is built. The problem of heating transfer in enclosures is solved by harmonic method, considering the temperature of inside and outside disturbance.In different comfort range meaning different temperature range, the paper researched the better time of the air conditioning' s on and off by adjusting the cooling quantity under the condition that other disturbances are not change. The paper analyzed the data from experiments and simulation of the building models, comparing their working time. The different enclosures that are different in heat storage were simulated and got different inner temperature, analyzing the influence on the air conditioning' s working time.So we can improve the working time and get the better time of the air conditioning' s on and off in order to save energy by usingreasonable comfortable temperature range and enclosures in for different functional buildings.
