Vibration isolation of automobile, especially vibration isolation of power plant is a kind of important technology of automobile design. Vibration affects not only the ride comfortableness, but also automobile's ride stability and safety. Hydraulic mount is the primary vibration-isolation component between car body or chassis and power plant; its characteristic determines energy transfer between car body and power plant, it is very necessary and significant to study hydraulic mount characteristics in this paper.Based on the analyses on all kinds of structure and principle of hydraulic mounts, math mechanics model of hydraulic mount is set up by applying the theory of hydro-structure coupling, the mass parameters and geometry position parameters of each component in this model is imported into the software ADAMS by entity data model established by three-dimension CAD soft Unigraphics. and dynamic analyse model of mount system is set up, simulation calculation is made on hydraulic mount component and mount system by using the software ADAMS, the influence of model parameters on dynamic characteristics of hydraulic mount is analyzed and compared with experiment results, the correctness of hydraulic mount model is validated.In order to gain the best transfer characteristic of suspension system, parameter model of mount system is established, the position of hydraulic mount is chose to be design variable and the least transfer ratio is chose to be target of mount system design, besides, the optimization simulation is made on mount system of power plant, and perfect result is gained.
