This dissertation mainly introduces the research and development work of the HCQ3.0 Testing system for Automobile's Rear-Axle, which produced by xuzhou Meritor Axle Co. Ltd. It analyses the anti-fatigue failure ability of the Rear-Axle and the software development. The dissertation is divided into six parts, and the main content of each part is presented as follow:In chapter 1, it discusses the development of auto testing technology and the application of new technology in experimental bench testing .At last it mentioned my assignment in the research work of the testing system.Chapter 2 is about the experimental bench. It introduces the function of each part. This includes the system of mechanicaK hardware,software and so on . At last it introduces the simulative technology on the experimental bench.In chapter 3, it introduces the fatigue failure of the axle. We analyze fatigue lifetime of the axle by the Miner theory. This system adopts the latest road spectrum technology, which simulates many kinds of roads. Using these equipments the test time can be significantly shorten.In chapter four it is showed how to program with the system and how the core technology of the software is designed.In chapter five, it introduces the virtue instrument. It includes basic conception, characteristic about VI and the structure, mode of the VI software. Measuring and testing technique of VI is realized at the experimental bench.In chapter six, the work of the dissertation is summarized and the further research work is looked forward.
