The Coordinated Development Research Between Green Building And Sustanable Development

In order to alleviate the negative impact of the high energy consumption and high pollution,and at the same time meet the increasing demand of modern humans for living quality,green buildings have reached the stage of history.As far as regional development is concerned,sustainable development capabilities are required for long-term development of green building.Both sustainable development and green building emphasize the goal of saving resources and protecting the environment.The coordinated development of the two can play a virtuous circle for the development of a region.However,at present,there are great differences in the quality of sustainable development among different regions in our country,and the development of green buildingsin different regions is obviously unbalanced.It is worth exploring whether the development level of the two system matches.Therefore,to figure out this situation,this paper aims to study the development relationship of sustainable development and green buildings in each region from the perspective of coordinated development,and find out development dilemmas and improvement paths to promotes the coordinated development of regional sustainability and green buildings.According to the objectives of the study,this paper first analyzes the dialectical relationship between sustainable development and green buildings that promote each other and are independent of each other based on new economic growth theories and synergy theories.And then,a comprehensive evaluation model for the quality of regional sustainable development and green buildings and the coordination development model of two systems are constructed.Next,collecting the raw data of 30 provinces(municipalities,autonomous regions)from 2008 to 2015 as a sample,the scores of sustainable development and green building in each region are calculated through the principal component analysis.Based on the results of Pearson correlation coefficient and the regression model,the positive correlation between the two sysems is verified,and then calculats the scores for coordinated development in 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)by coordination development model.Finally,this article analyzes the feature of spatial distribution and evolution on time dimension,useing the software ArcGIS and GeoDa.Through empirical analysis,the main findings of this paper are: First,from 2008 to 2015,the development level of sustainable and green buildings in all regions showed an upward trend,but the development of green buildings lags behind sustainable development for a long time,there are huge fluctuations between years.The eastern region represented by Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin,Zhejiang and Jiangsu has the highest level of sustainable development,while the development of Yunnan,Guizhou,and Gansu is lagging behind.In terms of green building,Jiangsu,Guangdong,Shanghai and Shandong are at high level and Ningxia,Neimenggu,Liaoning,Heilongjiang ranks the last.Second,the coordinated development across the country has continued to increase over time,but the it is still at a relatively low level.In 2015,about half of the regions are still uncoordinated.And the differences among each region are obvious.The areas with higher coordinated development are mainly located in eastern area,like Jiangsu,Shanghai,and Guangdong,followed by the central regions,and the western and northeast regions are relatively backward.In addition,Shanxi,Guizhou,and Jilin show a coordinated development level that is higher than the average level of the region in which it is located.Third,the level of sustainable development,the level of green buildings development,and the level of coordinated development of the two systems have shown a positive correlation in special distribution over the global space,that is,there is a spatial aggregation phenomenon.Form the respective of regional space,both the coordinated development and sustainable development show the relevant features in the space that east regions show high level and west in low.Meanwhile,Hubei,Anhui,show sustained Low-High feature and Chongqing shows High-Low feature in the aspect of sustainable development.In terms of green buildings,except for Sichuan,Gansu and other western regions which belong to the obvious Low-Low region,the rest regions in the country show no other stable characteristics.Finally,based on the conclusions above,this article puts forward suggestions for sustainable development and green building respectively.
