| Automobile outputs and possessions are rapidly increasing along with economic development; currently people attach importance to its quality and security more and more. Testing synthesized performance of driving axle is beneficial to automobile design and manufacture, and it may provide technical guide for decreasing cost, increasing benefit and stopping potential trouble. The article put forward the significance, theory and technique of the driving axle testing; thoroughly studied the fatigue mechanism of half shaft and intensified coefficient model; and also designed HCQ3.0 computer acquisition and control hardware system based on thoroughly studying some key technology.Combined with advanced technique, HCQ3.0 testing table constructed an integrated system, which included mechanism, hydraulic component, gas component, electricity, electron, sensor, road spectrum, computer control and analysis. The testing table may substitute road examination and test automobile axle performances automatically by simulating real work condition.The article is divided into six parts, and the main content of every part is presented as follow:In chapter 1, the article research background and meaning is summarized. It also discussed the modern testing technology and equipment of the automobile. At last, the article mentioned the research content and main assignment.In chapter 2, the fatigue mechanism of automobile half shaft is studied; and intensified coefficient model based on fatigue failure theory and programmed load spectrum technology is also provided.In chapter 3, HCQ3.0 testing table of driving axle synthesized performance is successfully developed. It contains HCQ3.0 testing table design principle, system frame, driving system, mechanical system, hydraulic system, gas system, road simulating system, computer data acquisition, real-time control and analysis system.In chapter 4, some key techniques of electromagnetic compatibility are researched.In chapter 5, the function analysis, system frame, principle design and project realization of the HCQ3.0 computer acquisition and control hardware system are systematically expatiated.In chapter 6, the conclusion and achievement of the dissertation are summarized, and the future work is also looked ahead. |
