| This thesis analyzes the retrofit of the end part electromagnetic shielding and the stator winding bars, i.e. the 2 technical measures taken for the purpose of expanding the capacity of 300 MW QSF-300-2 type of turbine-generator. By starting with the analysis of generator end structure and overheat sources, it is presented that the technical key required to expand the capacity of the unit is to solve the electromagnetic leakage shielding problem. By proceeding with the analysis of the reasons causing the aging of the stator winding bars insulation, the necessity for stator winding bars to adopt class F insulation and relative fixing technological improvement are pointed out so as to extend the service life of the winding bars insulation.Comprehensive analysis and evaluation of technical performances of the generators are made through basic characteristic test, leading phase operation test, temperature rising test, loss and efficiency test over the retrofitted generators.Investment and economic analysis and evaluation for 300MW unit capacity expanding retrofit are prepared. |
