There is one enterprise which focused on meeting certain technical indicators too much and ignored some other key indicators in the process of designing technical scheme for a new type of heat exchanger supplied for the power plant.This resulted in large investment and high manufacturing costs after the technical scheme was carried out and the total costs were far more than the budget,leading to products uncompetitive in the market and the impact of follow-up orders.Therefore,this enterprise needs to examine other design solution,which is technically feasible and has the lower costs,so as to achieve the purpose of making the product costs under control and meeting market demands finally.This technical scheme will be the cost control plan studied in this paper.Technical and economic analysis method is taken in this paper for research works.The basic concepts and characteristics of technical and economic analysis will be introduced at first and technical and economic analysis method with its characteristics will be described in detail to establish the theoretical basis for further research.After this,according to the characteristics of new products and the requirement of the use of the products,technical feasibility evaluation will be established,and then alternative technical schemes will be determined through technical feasibility study.The economic analysis of schemes will be carried out followed by.According to the new product features and cost control requirements,economic evaluation can be established,by forecasting and calculation,the results of the economic analysis will be quantified.Finally,technical and economic comprehensive evaluation will be carried out.Comprehensive evaluation methods mainly used currently are introduced at first.To use the most appropriate method for the research,theory and method of value engineering can be reintroduced as a kind of comprehensive evaluation methods to make the comprehensive evaluation.According to value engineering methods,by calculating the value coefficient of each alternative scheme,the maximum value can be gained and the corresponding scheme will be the optimal. |
