Research On High-power And Low Speed Reducer Soft-starting System

CSR(Controlled Speed Reducer) soft-starting system takes advantage of planetary transmission ( differential transmission ) and worm transmission and technology of inverter-driven speed transforming.Firstly, kinematic and kinetic analysis are done in this paper, entire run-time process of system is described in detail, at same time, precondition that speed of main electromotor match that of secondary one is analysed, the mechanical output characteristic is made sure. Secondly, mathematic model of worm pair is founded, and self-locking precondition of worm pair is put forward, moment driving self-locking worm pair is advanced. Finally, helix ascend of worm pair and rating power of secondary electromotor is optimized, formula is brought forward, principle of selecting worm pair material is gained.
