Along with the rapid development of computer technology, Mechanical System Dynamic Simulation Technology is greatly improved, which has been widely applied in engineering fields at aboard.The dissertation is an important part of the task about the transmission case's mechanics study of the self-propelled gun's chassis. By using software called I-DEAS, the transmission case's 3-dimensional model is created. Heat strain is been calculated of the transmission case's shell under high temperature by using FEA technology. Then in high temperature cases dynamic simulation model is established by using software called ADAMS, and the dynamic simulation data of the transmission case is obtained. Finally stress intensity of the transmission case's shell is calculated and checked.From the dissertation, transmission case 's theory analysis method is discussed, the cracking causation of the shell is found, then the solving method of shell crack is been brought forward.
