This disquisition dissertates the design and the development of the monitoring system of laser scattering rheometer. The laser scattering rheometer is a kind of experimentative instrument used in the research of finding the relation between the microstructure and performance of the high polymers blending, and the monitoring system of laser scattering rheometer is a kernel part of the instrument. This monitoring system is based on Distributed Control System (DCS), and this disquisition will dissertate it in several aspects such as unitary structure, control arithmetic, hardware, software and so on.This monitoring system extracts the characteristic of the DCS, combines with the automation technology, the testing technology, the computing technology and the communication technology. This monitoring system is made up of temperature monitoring unit, mechanical data acquisition unit, stepmotor controlling unit, video capturing unit and upper PC. This monitoring system integrates these units into a whole with RS232 multi computer communication, thereby realizing distributing controlling and centralized management. This disquisition emphasizes on how to establish the mathematic model of the temperature monitoring unit and the stepmotor controlling unit, and brings forward the pole placement self-adaptive PID control arithmetic and the control arithmetic of the stepmotor that run in different running mode. At the same time, this disquisitiondesigns every unit's hardware and software in detail. In additional, some methods of anti-jamming that adopt in this monitoring system are also dissertated, including the jamming sources and the correlative anti-jamming measures.
