The theory analysis and experiment research of several technology problems and implements that are relation to improve the performace of Vibration Calibration System (VCS) of transducers have been investigated. The dissertation includes six chapters and the contents are as follow:In chapter 1, the characteristic and the signification of vibration transducers are depicted, and the methods and theirs errors of calibration are presented detailed. Then, the general situation of the development of VCS in domestic and abroad is introduced. The important signification of improving the performances of VCS is expounded. Finally, the intention and the task of this paper are put forward. In chapter 2, the mechanics of distortion of movements for the vibrator, which affect the precision of calibration, are explored in detailed. And the effects of measuring system and automatic control are also researched profoundly. In chapter 3, the improvements of the distortion of the vibrator are studied according to the mechanic structure, power amplifier and so on. The super-low frequency and distortion power amplifier is developed with OPA512 operation amplifier produced by BB Co. in America. And the analyses software of frequency spectrum based on FFT is designed. In chapter 4, the improvements of automation by developing the high performance VCS controlled by PC are stated, which include the hardware system of Vibration Measured Control Instrument (VMC), the software system of VCS and the Virtual Device Driver Programme (VxD).In chapter 5, the test and analyses are put into practice, and based on the results, the general estimation of the control system is ginven out. Finally, the conclusion and expectation for the future study are shown.
