In North America and Europe developed country, cold-formed thin-walled light steel structure system in the residential housing is a kind of structure form that is adopted extensively. Compared with traditional house structure, it is such many advantages as higher standardizing, assigning space flexible, good performance of the seismic resistant, industrialization producing and short construction period et al.Because of cold formed thin-walled light steel structure's special construction, if draws the mechanics model according to the rigid connection frame, that will be over-evaluated the bearing capacity of the structure; And if draws mechanics model according to the pinned connection frame, when the foot also adopts this kind of structural form according to the frame connections, that will form organization, and the calculation will be unable to go on. So for being rational to predict the bearing capacity of system, it should consider in the analysis and design of the structure the true nonlinearity of the connections, that is the influence of the semi-rigid connection.This thesis fetches cold-formed thin-walled C steel beam-to-column connections with self-drilling screw connecting for being researched object in cold-formed thin-walled light steel structure system, have done the following three parts of research work to the performance of beam-to-column connection:(1) The resisting shear strength experiments of 20 pieces of jointing connected by self-drilling screws. In case of consulting the experiment standard of skin diaphragms connection at abroad, through 20 experimental research and data analysis, it understands tentatively the destruction modes of the jointing connected by self-drilling screws, has also understanded the performance of the self-drilling screws. In addition, through the tests, it has also proposed the ways to guarantee the quality of the connections with self-drilling screws. (2)The experiments of 8 full size cold-formed thin-walled C steel beam-to-column connections with self-drilling screws connecting. The experiments have tested the rigidity of connections that is the Mï¼Î¸ curve of connections, researched two kinds of destruction modes of beam-to-column connections, analyzed stress of the plate and the influence of the member's plate thickness, the quantity of self-drilling screws, the diameter of self-drilling screws, the interval of self-drilling screws to the rigidity of connections. Finally, on the basis of non-linear return fit, a mathematics model of the tested members' M- θ curve is fitted, for working out the local standard of Chongqingï¼ã€Šthe technical regulation of light steel residential housing》to consult.Through the finite element analyses of the beam-to-column connections, the further studying is going on which analyzes the influence of the member's plate thickness, the quantity of self-drilling screws, the diameter of self-drilling screws, the interval of self-drilling screws to the rigidity of connections and the stress of the plate. |
