In North America and Europe developed country, Web Light-Gauge steel joist structure system in the residential housing is a kind of structure form that is adopted extensively. Compared with traditional house structure, it has such many advantages as higher standardizing, assigning space flexible, good performance of the seismic resistant, industrialization producing and short construction period.Because of Web Light-Gauge steel joist structure's special construction, if draws the mechanics model according to the rigid connection frame, the bearing capacity of the structure will be over-evaluated;And if draws mechanics model according to the pinned connection frame, when the foot also adopts this kind of structural form according to the frame connections, that will form organization, and the calculation will be unable to go on. So to rationally predict the bearing capacity of system, the analysis and design of the structure the true no linearity of the connections that is the influence of the semi-rigid connection should be considered.The Web Light-Gauge steel's beam-to-column connections with self-drilling screw connecting is fetched for being researched object in light steel structure system, having done the following three parts of research work to the performance of beam-to-column connection:1, Bearing capacity experiments were finished for T shape L shape and cross shape beam-to-column connections. The distribution rules of the displacement and strain are analyzed for each loading level.2, ANSYS software was used to build up the finite element calculation model of beam-to-column connections. The finite element analysis results have a good accordance with the experimental data, showing the method is right and valuable of building the truss beam analysis model.3, Considering the different type of Beam-to-column connections, the rigidity, ultimate carrying capacities and analyzed and calculated by finite element method. The impact factors of the Beam-to-column connections were summarized.
