This paper studies the structure optimization of 300MW unit thermodynamics system, including the drain-back system, the vacuum extractor system, the cooling spray system, the recovered system of the blow down water, and the accessory steam system. Studying the structure optimization of the operating unit thermodynamics system with the classic optimization method, using the theory of equivalent enthalpy drop and state equation.Based on the conclusions that have been admitted, the paper improves the drain-back system optimization theory, studies the different vacuum extractor system, builds a optimum model of the cooling spray system, optimizes the recovered system of the blow down water with a new structure, converts the accessory steam system and proves it in theory.
