All the devices of the Auxiliary System of HI-13 Tandem Accelerator built before 1970s are manual controlled on the spot. The amount of work are very large and it can not be monitored directly, so it should be improved to get higher efficiency and safety.This paper describes the configuration of the Auxiliary System of HI-13 Tandem Accelerator and its working process in detail. A technic design of computer control for the whole Auxiliary System is provided. The information of the working locale can be monitored directly from a interface which contains data picking up, analysis , displaying and the power of controlling. It provides the other characteristic, such as menu, record and alarm.A computer control simulation for the compressed air subsystem was performed. From the simulation we can see that the computer perform the logic control exactly .The system runs safely and smoothly.Furthermore, a design of flow chart of logic control for other subsystem of the auxiliary system and correspondent parameters which need to be monitored or controlled is provided too.
