Research On The Technique In The System Of Plan-Making For Architecture Heritage Conservation

With the improvement of historic city system in China, the conservation plan plays a more and more important role in the conservation of architecture heritage. But when put into execution, these conservation plan cases cannot often achieve the expected results. From the point of technique in conservation plan-making, aiming at the problems appeared in some conservation plan cases, the author discusses the settlement, analyses the defects in the system of architecture heritage conservation, and then focus on the demarcation of conservation area boundary and the measure of height control of new-building.The thesis mainly includes 5 parts. As the theory background, the preface clarifies the conservation plan-making system, under the urban plan-making system and the conservation system of architecture heritage of China, and then concludes some characteristic of conservation plan and some technique specialties in conservation plan-making. The second chapter discriminates the conception in the legislation on conservation of architecture heritage. In the third chapter, the author starts with two cases of conservation of architecture heritage, studies the joining of different planning process in conservation plan system, and then gives some advise on the techniques in conservation plan-making and procedure for approval of conservation plan. Basing on the cases, the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter discuss the demarcation of conservation area boundary and the height control of new-building around respectively, and give the propositional measures of the author.
