Study On Plan Control Of Urban Land-use

While China has come into fast urbanization stage, plan control of urban land-use plays more important role. At present regulatory plan is the main foundation of plan control of urban land-use. Based on many relative documents and cases on regulatory plan and the practice of Central District Plan in Guilin, some preliminary views have been put forward in this paper which may improve the method of establishment and implement in regulatory plan.Firstly, starting with the study on the background of China and current situation of construction, the background of development and problems of plan control of urban land-use has been concluded. Then the conception of plan control of urban land-use has been defined and the task and the characteristics have been clarified. Subsequently, the urban planning system and the mode of plan control in foreign countries and districts have been introduced. Then, analyzing the current situation of the study on regulatory plan in China, some problems in the method of establishment and implement have been pointed out and corresponding countermeasures has been provided. Lastly, analyzing the practice of Central District Plan in Guilin, some problems are pointed out and some advice is given.
