Scheme Of Decision Support System For Fengman Dam Safety Monitoring

Based on the actuality of dam safety monitoring, the comprehensive DSS (Decision Support System) scheme for Fengman dam was put forward, and the system was designed. The contents are as following:(1) The paper discussed the target and technical implementation of DSS, and proposed the general structure called "Four databases three functions ". The rule and mode of DSS were presented.(2) Some key technologies for dam safety analysis and evaluation, such as evaluative knowledge and illative knowledge, were studied based on knowledge structure of DSS.(3) According to the general rule of software development, the general control structure of DSS was designed, and its menu was built. The three subsystems and four support databases of "Four databases three functions" were designed and analyzed in detail. The paper also analyzed the working mode of DSS and put forward double close loop working mode.(4) The paper analyzed the software and hardware platform of DSS. The environment for net and development as well as corresponding software and hardware configuration of DSS were programmed.
