Having the characters of highly efficiency, structure simple, working stabilization and credibility, the electromagnetism vibration feeder is a kind of material transfer device widely used in automatism manufacturing lines and automatism assembly systems. Currently, the key problems of vibration feeder are how to arise its transportation efficiency, how to reduce its noise and energy consume and how to lift its level of automation control.In this paper, the mechanics model and computer control method for electromagnetism vibration feeder are studied. The emphases are put on the seeking of optical motion states and the realization of these states by computer control. Using LabVIEW (Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench), a waveform generator is established to control the electromagnetic force. In the control methods, the PID and feed forward-feedback method is adopt. The tests show that the control performance and the grade of automatic have been greatly improved.For the sake of conveniently applying in production, control software's are developed with LabVIEW. They can be used for data acquisition and data processing.The tests show that the transport efficiency and character have improved greatly and the noise is decreased. It was convenient for several feeder devices with one computer and realized integrated and automatic control.
