This paper designs vibration bar converter control equipment used in architecture field, also deeply studies the following aspects.A design adding a DC chopper after the triphase rectification was given to reduce the peak of the pulse of voltage, aiming at the characteristics that the magnitude of the rated voltage of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) is far below that of the power supply, also the electric parameters of the devices were given.The SVPWM method has been adopted in the PMSM speed control, also to obtain the good results in cooperation with the chopper control.The controller based on NEC μ pd78365 using in motor for special purpose checking circuit for voltage and current IGBT driving circuit protection circuit have been developed, also the detail software flow charts are shown.The load experiments prove that the main performance satisfy the design requirements and validate the reliability for the equipment operation.
