Study And Application Of Civil Aviation Decision Support System

For civil aviation, the security is the permanent theme. In order to improve the security of civil aviation, the important and significant measure that can be taken is to analyze the causes of the former accidents from which the flying statistics and the relevant information can be taken as reference. Therefore the research and development of "DSS" is the very requisite.This thesis, based on the theory of Data Warehouse and Data Mining,develop and establish the "HFAS-DSS". According to the statistic characteristics of civil aviation, the author combine Genetic Algorithm and Machine Learning,and put forward a concept learning method based on Genetic Algorithm which cater to attribute , and establish a Data Mining model which is based on intelligence technology as well. Then based on System Modeling, complete the development of system and the testing of statistics by using .NET technology, and carry out the analysis of the causes of civil aviation accident and find out the internal law, which is practically instructive for the effective regulation of the aviation security.
